Attendance Policy:

Many activities (like sports, scouting, etc) require attendance at events to be part of the group. Likewise, choir is a corporate event where everyone plays an important part. We realize that 100% participation at all events is difficult and that families are busy and events sometimes overlap. However, we DOexpect 100% communication. If your chorister needs miss any scheduled event, call the Hotline at 550-5114 and leave a message as to when and why the chorister will not be in attendance.

Absences:

If a chorister misses rehearsal WITHOUT CALLING, that absence will be UNEXCUSED.

If a chorister has more than 3 UNEXCUSED absences, this membership will be VOIDED.

If a chorister misses a Mass WITHOUT CALLING, this membership may be VOIDED.

CONTRACT OF COMMITMENT:

I understand the Junior Chorale attendance policy and the obligations to which I am committing. I have received a schedule of events for the 2010-2011 season, and I commit my chorister to the Junior Chorale.
